TWO POWERFUL BELIEFS. ONE DIVIDED TOWN. A TRIAL THAT PUTS FREEDOM ON THE STAND.

Set against the backdrop of a small-town courtroom, Inherit the Wind is a powerful and deeply human drama inspired by the historic debate over teaching evolution. When a local teacher is brought to trial, the case quickly becomes a national spectacle, drawing two brilliant attorneys into a clash that extends far beyond the courtroom walls.

At its heart, the play is not simply a conflict between science and religion, but a thoughtful exploration of the value and limits of both ways of understanding the world. As reason and faith are passionately defended, Inherit the Wind invites audiences to consider the importance of free inquiry, respectful dialogue, and the courage to hold differing beliefs in tension.

Compelling, emotional, and intellectually rich, this classic reminds us that progress is often shaped not by certainty, but by the ongoing conversation between what we know and what we believe.
